We process account data such as email address, name, session identifier and language settings, billing data for purchased credit packages, generation history, and photos uploaded to perform the service. Payment data such as payment method and transaction status is handled by PayU; we do not store full card numbers.
We process data to create and operate accounts, handle payments, deliver the digital photo-editing service, respond to complaints, keep the service secure, maintain settlements, and meet legal duties. The legal bases are contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and consent where required.
Photos are used to perform the requested edit and are stored in the application's private infrastructure. Custom AI model training features may involve image and biometric-data processing; they require separate explicit consent and allow deletion of the model and training material.
Data may be entrusted to service providers required to operate the platform: PayU for payments, Replicate for AI generation processing, hosting and private file-storage providers, transactional email providers, and accounting or legal providers where settlement or support requires it.
We use httpOnly cookies for sessions and account security. We do not store login tokens in localStorage. Access to private photos and results is limited to the authenticated user or short-lived signed links.
We store account data while the account is used, and billing data for the period required by law. Photos, results, and generation history are stored while the account is active or until deletion according to account features and legal duties.
